We all went to Michael's 8th Avenue to set up for the ARC snowflake ball tonight. We got a little bit of a late start, mostly because I had the wrong time in my calendar, but we still made it in time to help set up. We blew up helium balloons and helped to tie them to chairs. We then put out a few decorations on the table and then the group headed out to Pizza Hut.
The kids did a really good job and deserved to enjoy themselves. There were 2 middle school girls and 2 6 year olds. The 6 year olds had a really fun time chasing MAC around the ballroom after set up. She had almost as much fun roaring at them like a dinosaur which sent them into gales of giggles.
Dinner at Pizza Hut was really fun! We all enjoyed the company and had wonderful conversations sitting in the Pizza Hut dining room. The kids enjoyed the pizza, bread sticks and chocolate dunkers. It was nice to see everyone getting along for the 2 ½ hours we spent together.
