I know that I've had this rant before but I am so tired of having to double check and watch MAC take her pills! I separate her pills every week in her daily cases. The top two are for her morning pills, the bottom two are for her evening pills. I usually take the next day out of the case and leave it on the counter for her.
When I wake her up in the morning I remind her about clean clothes, brushing her hair, brushing her teeth and when I hear her heading downstairs I remind her about taking her pills. About 4 out of the 7 days she will take her pills without my having to remind her again. For some reason the evening pills are always forgotten, even when she is reminded.
Usually I find out too late and she has been in bed for a few hours when I find the pills still in the case. Tonight I woke her up and she had to come back downstairs and take her pills. She was half asleep but she took them.
I know, I know, I will continue to watch and separate her pills. That is what a good mother does. I think I might continue to wake her up to take "forgotten" pills though...
